We think, it is the smallest bottle gourd available. 3-6 cms in size, light green, dried brown like all bottle gourds. Very attractive variety.

This variety grows well on warm and permeable soil. We recommend preculture and transplanting with sowing from the end of April inside and transplanting outside from begin of May. Else you can seed directly in an open field from the beginning of May. Lagenaria need a warm place to grow, their origin is Africa.

Spacing: 2-3 sqm/plant
