Very early, big Jack O` Lantern

This large pumpkins ripens early. Champion F1 produces heavy, well ribbed fruits with an upright shape and a weight of 12-18 kg (26-40 lbs). They make a nice decoration at the front door. Comparable varieties usually take 10-20 days longer to mature.

This variety grows well on warm and permeable soil. We recommend preculturing and transplanting. Therefor you start sowing from the end of April. Else you can seed directly in an open field from the beginning of May. Cucurbita pepo grows well in colder regions.

Spacing : approx. 2 sqm/plant

Possible pests: snails, birds, mice, lice, powdery mildew
